      Flowing Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.


       Dates for Spring Term (2nd half)

      Sundays 6.30–8.00 pm

      1, 8, 15, 22, 29 March

      5 classes at £11= £55; (may be paid in 2 instalments)

      Drop in in £12


      Mondays 7.00–8.30 pm

      2, 9, 16, 23, 30 March

      5 classes at £11= £66 (may be paid in 2 instalments)

      Drop in £12

      Terms & Conditions

      Classes must be paid in full and in advance. 

      No refunds can be given if you are unable to attend or for the cancellation of the term. 

      If I need to cancel due to illness or personal circumstances a refund or credit will be offered. 

      Classes are valid for the duration of the term for which they were registered.

      There is no transferal of classes from term to term or person to person

      If you are unable to come to class on your regular day I will do my best to fit you in to another class on the same week.

      £11/£12.00

      Jill has been teaching yoga  in Alphington for 18 years. The style is a balance of flowing Hatha sequences, deeper restorative postures and relaxation. All levels are welcome including beginners as the postures can be adapted to suit varying abilities. £10 per class if paid per half term or £12.00 drop-in.

      Special Yoga & Pamper Days

      £95

      Treat yourself, friends and family to a special Pamper Day with a morning of yoga, a home cooked vegetarian lunch and a complementary therapy to follow.  Afterwards take time relaxing in the hot tub and steam room; enjoying the gardens.  A delightful setting with panoramic views of the Devon Countryside on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Just 20 minutes from Exeter.

I really feel as though I've developed in practice (albeit at a slow pace) & that's wholly down to your patience and calm way of sharing/teaching. I only really noticed it last eve when the two new ladies joined us... They were me 18m ago. Anyway I just wanted to say how much I enjoy & appreciate your sessions :)
